About an event, order or ticket
The organizer runs the event: lineup, venue, timing changes, and their refund decisions. Your order confirmation email is the fastest route: reply there, or use the contact details on the event page.
Ticket not showing as paid? Open your order link and use Check payment status. It verifies the charge with the payment provider directly and issues your tickets immediately if the money arrived.
