Refunds
Refunds & Cancellations
Free registrations can simply be released. For paid tickets, one refund is automatic (money that arrives after the last tickets sell out) and the rest follow the organizer's own policy.

Free events
A free registration has no charge to refund. If you can't attend, nothing further is needed: organizers can see attendance and manage their capacity.
The automatic refund
Mobile Money payments can settle a little after you approve them. If your payment arrives after the last tickets have gone to someone else, EventSync cancels the order and queues a full refund automatically, to the same card or Mobile Money wallet you paid with. You don't need to ask for it. The same applies if a duplicate charge is ever recorded for one order: the duplicate is refunded in full.
Refund timing then depends on the payment provider and your network or bank, typically a few business days.
Event cancellations and changes
The organizer owns their event and its refund policy, including what happens if an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed. Check the event page and the organizer's communications first; the order email thread is the fastest route to the organizer.
Something looks wrong?
If you were charged and received nothing, use Check payment status on your order page first. It asks the payment provider directly and issues your tickets on the spot if the charge is confirmed. Still stuck? See contact.
