Pricing & Fees

Publishing an event is free. Free registrations are free, for the organizer and the attendee. Paid tickets carry the payment provider's processing fee, and EventSync's own platform fee is currently zero.

Publishing and free events

Creating an organizer account, publishing event pages, taking free registrations and issuing QR digital tickets costs nothing. There is no listing fee and no charge per registration.

Paid tickets

Where paid checkout is offered, payments are processed by Paystack in Ghana cedis (GHS), by card or Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo). Paystack's standard processing fee applies to each successful charge and is deducted from the settlement, per their published rates.

EventSync's platform fee is currently 0%. If that changes, the new rate will be published on this page and shown as a separate "Fees" line at checkout before anyone pays. Totals are always confirmed server-side before a charge is made.

Refunds

Automatic refunds (payment landing after a sell-out, duplicate charges) are always made in full. See the refund policy for the details.
