Weekend Food Fair

Weekend Food Fair is a one-day open-air market bringing together forty independent kitchens, bakers, and drink makers from across Greater Accra and Tema. Entry is free and open to everyone.

Stalls run from late morning through the evening, so you can come for lunch, come after work, or stay for both. Seating is shared and unreserved, with covered areas across roughly half the site.

The optional Tasting Pass is for people who want to eat their way through the fair properly. It covers twelve set tasting portions across twelve different kitchens, chosen to run from lighter dishes through to desserts. Pass holders skip the main queue at participating stalls.

A family version of the pass covers four people and includes two children's portions. Both passes are limited because each participating kitchen commits to a fixed number of tasting servings.

Everything else at the fair is pay-as-you-go directly with the vendors. Card and mobile money are accepted at most stalls.
